LIFETIME WARRANTY

All products are backed by our lifetime warranty. If our product fails to perform as advertised by Arken, then it will be repaired or replaced.

RETURN POLICY

All ArkenOpticsUSA.com orders may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

We provide return labels for Warranty and Returns. These labels are valid for 60 days before voiding and requiring new RMA submission.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-10 business days using UPS. Tracking numbers are provided via email notification.
